- Users are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of the content they share.
- oioSend does not monitor, review, or control the files being transferred and bears no legal responsibility for any user-generated content under any circumstances.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
You agree not to upload, share, or distribute any files or materials that fall under the following categories:
Illegal Content
- Files that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or government orders.
- Content promoting terrorism, organized crime, or other unlawful activities.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):
- Any content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse of minors. This will be reported to law enforcement authorities immediately.
Sexually Explicit Material:
- Any pornographic or sexually explicit content.
Malware and Harmful Software
- Viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or any malicious code designed to harm systems, data, or users.
Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Material
- Any pornographic, sexually exploitative, obscene, or indecent content.
